Our editorial strategy is simply to be as helpful as possible— how can we give people the answers they want in an intuitive and gratifying way?

As content lead I loved thinking about the wholistic journey from first touch assets through eventual purchase. Building around the right keywords is crucial, but optimizing content to meet the needs of your customers is where we started seeing real gains in conversion.

Holiday Catalog

The holiday gifting season is our World Series. To win the year, we wanted to inspire customers not just with great products, but by exploring the emotions associated with giving and receiving them.

I directed the project and wrote all copy.

Our goal was to tell our story in less than a minute— ideally yielding assets to use across every channel.

Working in 3D animation allowed us to maximize our brand appeal: millennial, premium, intuitive. I developed the script and storyboard, working with the amazing agency Notreal.tv to bring the life to work.
